- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had been struggling with chronic neck pain for YEARS. I had been to pain management centers, other ortho doctors, physical therapy, MRI's, CAT scans, and spent hundreds of hours in clinics, offices, on the phone....Dr Meincke took a look at my year old MRI and said I needed rotator cuff surgery.
