  My father stayed here just over a year ago. He was very well taken care of in their ICU and then in his private room. The nurses and doctors were incredible. They explained every process and answered all our questions in easy to understand ways.

  I brought my son here for an emergency through the emergency room. I spent over an hour with the front desk in the emergency room with my insurance cards. They took them and "made photocopies". I did not receive my card back. A few months later I got a bill for over $2000. I called my insurance and the wrong paperwork had been filed on the hospital's end. We are still trying to deal with it with the insurance company. The hospital does not contact them, apparently. This is not the first time I have had an issue, either. I broke my toe a few years ago and sat in the emergency room for six hours before anyone even came to see me.

  It's a fairly good hospital it was better before St. Agnes took over. The food is really bad. They don't even make their eggs they buy what a worker called an egg huck. Once a month they make a great potato soup and the chocolate brownie is good.
